$5k reward offered after man used pipe bomb under mower to try and kill landlord

A $5,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of a suspect accused of trying to kill someone by rigging a lawnmower to explode in Westmoreland County.

The bomb did go off but the landlord survived and told police his zero-turn mower exploded when he started it.

Sever is charged with attempted homicide, aggravated assault, weapons of mass destruction, risking a catastrophe and other charges.

Troopers believe Sever could possibly be in New Alexandria, Derry, West Newtown or Kane, possibly living in the woods.

Police seized his vehicle but say he has a dark blue e-bike.
