A Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania man is accused of assaulting a McDonald's employee, reportedly because his iced coffee order was wrong.
State Police say Jordan Ripingill of Latrobe is facing charges in connection with last Tuesday's incident.
Police say Ripingill ordered the drink at the drive-thru, got angry and entered the Unity Township McDonald's and started yelling and using obscenities.
An employee talked to Ripingill about a refund and gave him the correct order, asking him not to return because of his behavior.
That's when police say Ripingill threw the worker to the ground and hit him in the face.
He's facing assault, harassment and other charges.
