Democratic incumbent of Minnesota’s third Congressional District, Dean Phillips is currently projected to win and retain his seat against Republican challenger Kendall Qualls.
With the numbers currently reported, 91.16% of the votes counted, Phillips is set to retain his seat for his second term in the third district.
Currently Phillips has 219,333 votes for 56.39% of the total votes counted.
The next closest being Qualls with 169.358 votes for 43.54%. There were also 251 write-in votes.
