A 3-year-old boy struck by a bullet Friday morning in north Minneapolis remains in very serious but stable condition at HCMC.
Police arrived on the 2700 block of Thomas Avenue North and found the boy with a serious injury.
MPD spokesman John Elder says the circumstances leading up the shooting are not yet known, but it appears the boy was shot while he was inside a house.
There have now been six children in Minneapolis who have been hit by gunfire since late April.
Two of those children died from their wounds.
There are no arrests in any of those cases.
