Four men suffered non-life threatening injuries in a mass shooting shooting in St. Paul late Monday afternoon.
St. Paul police officers responded around 4:30 p.m. to a report of shots fired in the area of 4th Street East and Earl Street.
Two of the four victims were found in the intersection, while the others were found behind a residence on the 1000 block of 4th Street East.
"Investigators are working to determine who the shooter or shooters were, but we do not believe there is any threat to public safety. Preliminary evidence suggests the victims may have been shooting at one another," St. Paul police said.
