A "bombshell" fraud report - are the Republicans overplaying their hand?

The federal House Oversight Committee issued their report which is highly critical of Governor Walz and AG Ellison when it comes to fraud in Minnesota. But given there's nothing terribly new in the report, Jason wonders if Republicans are overplaying their hand and actually making it MORE difficult to root out and prevent fraud?
