Royce White declares for the WNBA draft - clown show AND has a point?

A pair of former NBA players - including GOP Senate candidate Royce White - have declared themselves eligible for the WNBA draft to try and make a point about transgender athletes in women's sports. Jason thinks it's a clownish move... and there's a point to be made there.
