Outside the federal courthouse in downtown Minneapolis, Maple Grove state Rep. Kristin Bahner reacted to Vance Boelter receiving two life sentences plus 40 years in the shooting of former House Speaker Melissa Hortman and her husband. She spoke to KSTP-TV's Tom Hauser who is also a WCCO Radio host.
