St. Paul Police Department hosted the 62nd annual Police Memorial

Wednesday, on the south lawn of the State Capitol, the St. Paul Police Department honored the 33 officers who have perished on the job, including Felicia Riley who passed away last March from complications suffered in a violent assault in 2010.
