For the Bills, wide receiver Gabriel Davis and offensive lineman Cody Ford were both placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list on Friday. For the Patriots, running back Rhamondre Stevenson was placed on the list later in the day.

The Patriots have also ruled out wide receiver Nelson Agholor with a concussion, and wide receiver Kendrick Bourne remains on the COVID-19 list.

The Bills have six active players on the Reserve/COVID-19 list, including Davis and fellow wide receiver Cole Beasley, as well as offensive linemen Dion Dawkins and Jon Feliciano.

Teams are allowed to elevate one player from the practice squad for each player on the Reserve/COVID-19 list. The Bills have already elevated wide receiver Isaiah Hodgins and offensive lineman Bobby Hart for the game on Sunday. Since they have a total of six active players on the list, they can still elevate four more as COVID-19 replacements, as well as their weekly two standard practice squad elevations by 4 p.m. EST on Saturday.

Bills defensive tackle Star Lotulelei was the only player listed on the team's injury report with any game designation. He is questionable for personal reasons.

No other player who is not on the Reserve/COVID-19 list has an injury designation, which means they are good to go for the game.

The Patriots listed three players as out, and nine others as questionable.
