'Love is Blind' is Netflix's newest reality show that follows single men and women on their journey to finding love with someone who they have never seen before but only talked to through rooms called 'pods'. If they find a connection, then they propose before even meeting one another. After a few pod dates, Carlton and Diamond fall in love and get engaged. While on their honeymoon, Carlton comes out to Diamond as bisexual and she was not happy at all. She said she felt hurt and that Carlton should have told her he was bisexual when they first started dating. His coming out ultimately led to a big fight causing Diamond to throw her drink at Carlton and leaving their honeymoon in Mexico as single.

After this episode aired on Netflix, men all over twitter started tweeting #BiSexualMenExist and some men even used the hashtag to come out as bisexual. The hashtag was created by Vaneet Mehta who said that he's using the hashtag to bring positivity to Bi men and encouraged others to spread the hashtag and drop a picture with it. Even former NFL player, Ryan Russell tweeted, "#BisexualMenExist no matter how masculine we are, no matter whether we are dating a man or woman, and we deserve to be seen. Just like everyone, we deserve to be loved."

Along with the hashtag, a poll also trended on twitter asking whether women would ever date a bi man and most women voted no. To hear what Dr. Chris has to say about this topic check out our podcast and for more from Loveline with Dr. Chris follow the show @loveline on Instagram and Twitter.
