Wattana Panich in Bangkok has been cooking their beef noodle soup, called neua tune, for 45 years.
The 45-year-old broth has "a unique flavor and aroma" thanks to their unconventional cooking method.
Their specialties include stewed beef, raw sliced beef, meatballs, tripe or other internal organs and rice noodles.
