Unsurprisingly, there have been no noisy arrivals at Patriots training camp so far. Per usual, the raucous is happening elsewhere, and it is very entertaining to watch.
Jacksonville cornerback Jalen Ramsey, who trash-talked nearly every quarterback in the league besides Tom Brady in a memorable interview with GQ Magazine last summer, arrived at the Jaguars' facilities in a Brinks Truck Wednesday. The message is clear: he wants his money.
"The man is so good, they better give him his own jail: Jalen County, because these receivers are on 24-hour lockdown," Ramsey's hype man said as he exited the vehicle. "If you check his pocket, he has eight master locks. They are on lockdown all season. The man, the myth: Jalen Ramsey."

— Ben Murphy (@BenMurphyTV) July 24, 2019Ramsey is due to make $3.6 million this season. He will be an unrestricted free agent following the 2020 campaign.
The Jaguars regressed mightily in 2018, posting a 5-11 record just one year after playing the Patriots in the AFC championship. They were one questionable fumble recovery away from reaching the Super Bowl.
Now, they'll look to return to the playoffs with Nick Foles under center. Ramsey certainly seems confident he'll do his part.
