Bills running back LeSean McCoy denies the gruesome domestic violence allegations that were levied against him Tuesday. On Instagram, McCoy says the accusations are made up.

"For the record, the totally baseless and offensive claims made against me today on social media are completely false," McCoy's statement reads. "I have not had any direct contact with any of the people involved in months."

A friend of McCoy's longtime girlfriend, Delicio Cordon, posted a photo on Instagram Tuesday that appears to show Cordon bloody and bruised. In the caption, the friend accuses McCoy of regularly beating his dog, son and Cordon. She also says he's used performance-enhancing drugs.

"(LeSean McCoy) is THE DEVIL!!! YOU ARE AN ANIMAL!!!!!!," the post reads. "We didn't say anything about how you beat your dog 'Henny' into kidney failure," the post read. "Let's not talk about all the times my best friend had to stop you from VICIOUSLY beating your son for small things like peeing in the bed. We kept quiet about your drug usage … all the ILLEGAL steroids and needles you were using, but we will not keep quiet about this!!!!!! I can't believe you did this to my best friend!!!!! YOUR KARMA IS GOING TO BE SO REAL!!!!!! The world needs to know what type of animal you really are!!!!!!! This was just her yesterday on the left and now this morning this is her on the right!!!!"

The Bills say they're aware of the domestic violence allegations against star running back LaSean McCoy and are looking into the situation, ESPN's Dianna Russini reports.

McCoy has one recorded incident of off-field violence. In 2016, two police officers sued him for his role in a bar fight, claiming McCoy and two other defendants "viciously" attacked and beat them.
