Men who stand at 6-foot-3 and weigh 239 pounds are not created equally. President Donald Trump's White House physician claimed Tuesday the commander-and-chief is in "excellent" health, despite living a sedentary lifestyle and gorging himself with fast food. It was a sterling evaluation, which Dr. Ronny Jackson chalks up to Trump's genetics.
Jackson, who also served as the White House physician under President Barack Obama possesses exemplary credentials. But it's difficult to take his assertions about Trump at face value. In comparison to other men with his physique, the President looks grotesquely out of shape.

— Ronald Reagan's Spinning Corpse (@SpinningRonnie) January 16, 2018Then again, maybe Trump does have mythical physical prowess. According to former White House communications director Anthony Scaramucci, Trump can throw a spiral through a tire, sink free throws at Madison Square Garden with a top coat on, and nail three-foot puts.
Dr. Jackson was equally effusive in his praise at the White House lectern.
"I told the president if he had eaten healthier over the last 25 years, he might live to be 200," he told reporters.
