Two of the Red Sox' top prospects with Double-A Portland, infielder Bobby Dalbec and pitcher Tanner Houck, were named Eastern League All-Stars this week for their first-half performances in the minors.

Dalbec has hit well at Double-A, slashing .237/.373/.465, making up for a relatively low average with significant power that's contributed to a top-five OPS in the league. The Arizona native has 14 homers on the season, second in the league, while sitting top of the leaderboard with 46 walks.

Houck meanwhile has been solid but inconsistent with Portland, currently sporting a 7-5 record with a 4.00 ERA in 14 starts this season. The righty has continued to post impressive strikeout numbers, setting down 74 batters in 74 innings so far this season, enough to earn an All-Star nod.
