Just when you thought everyone with an opinion regarding Tom Brady’s future had already weighed in, we bring you OJ Simpson.
Now a Twitter-based football analyst, among other things, the former USC and Bills star said he was asked often during a recent vacation for his thoughts on Brady’s impending free agency. Simpson’s answer is simple, he thinks 42-year-old Brady will and very much should stay with the Patriots.
“He’s gonna fall off that edge sooner or later,” Simpson says in video posted to his Twitter account @TheRealOJ32. “It would be better if that happened in New England where he’s be surrounded by fans who have been so appreciative of his magnificent career. It would make the landing a lot softer. Can you imagine in another city, one year, paying him all that money and he don’t take them to the Super Bowl? Those fans could be cruel.”
