Say goodbye to Anton Khudobin and say hello to Jaroslav Halak.
According to multiple reports, the Bruins have a new backup goaltender. They reportedly signed Halak to a two-year deal to play behind Tuukka Rask. Andy Strickland was among the first to break the news.
Halak is a two-time Vezina Trophy finalist who went 20-26 with the Islanders last season. He has started 418 games over his 12-year career with a 2.50 goals against average.
Meanwhile, Khudobin reportedly agreed to a two-year deal worth roughly $5 million to join the Dallas Stars, per Darren Dreger.
