The Patriots rounded out their 2018 draft selections with Western Carolina defensive back Keion Crossen at the 25th pick of the seventh round and Florida State tight end Ryan Izzo seven picks later at No. 250 overall.
Crossen did not participate at the NFL Combine, but did post stellar numbers at Wake Forest's pro day, including a 4.32 40-yard dash, a 6.67 three cone drill and a 39.5 inch vertical leap. The former Catamount defensive back stands 5-foot-9 and weighs 180 pounds.
Izzo caught 20 passes for 317 yards for the Seminoles in his senior season, scoring three touchdowns. The 6-foot-5, 256-pound tight end started three seasons at Florida State.
The two picks capped a draft which saw the Patriots make eight trades, a franchise record. New England traded seven times in the 2009 and 2010 drafts.
