Anthony Davis is in town with the Pelicans to face the Celtics Tuesday night and clearly did not want to answer questions about rumors he could be traded to Boston.
During the media availability Tuesday morning, Davis deflected and denied when it came to questions about going to the Celtics.

— Boston Celtics News (@BstnCelticsNews) January 16, 2018Davis was quoted in an ESPN story last month saying he had discussed the Celtics rumors with the Pelicans front office. When he was asked about it on Tuesday, he denied the quotes were his.
"I haven't had that conversation with my front office," Davis said.
When pressed on the quotes being attributed to him, he said, "It wasn't from me."
