-- Saints tight end Benjamin Watson called out Roger Goodell in a tweet on Thursday after Goodell has remained on the controversial call at the end of the Saints-Rams NFC Championship game last week.
The game was the final of Watson’s 15-year career but he didn’t want to retire without letting the commissioner know how he feels.

"What occurred last Sunday in New Orleans though, was outside of that expected and accepted norm. Your continued silence on this matter is unbecoming of the position you hold, detrimental to the integrity of the game and disrespectful and dismissive to football fans everywhere. From the locker room to Park Ave, accountability is what makes our league great. Lead by example. We are waiting,” the tweet reads.
-- Some angry Chiefs fans thought they were berating linebacker Dee Ford on Twitter after the AFC Championship game but ended up bombarding an English woman named Dee Ford with insults.
The other Ford, a 47-year-old English woman with the Twitter handle @dee_ford, got hate messages from fans even though she had nothing to do with the outcome of the game.
