-- Johnny Manziel is working on his football comeback but his past isn't far behind him.

New details from his Jan. 2016 domestic violence arrest were released on Thursday, including photos of his then-girlfriend Colleen Crowley and the injuries she sustained from him.

Manziel agreed to undergo counseling and stay away from Crowley and his case was dismissed in Nov. 2016.

On the night of the incident, Crowley got mad at Manziel over "him being with a girl who had caused us problems in the past" and Manziel threw her on the bed of their hotel room. He ended up driving her to her car and when she tried to get out, he threw her back into the car and struck her in the face.

According to the police report, Crowley "felt like she was going to die or get beaten really bad."

This information and photos were released now that Manziel has completed his anger management program.

-- It sometimes seems like Drake wants to think he is part of the NBA but the league is hitting him with a reality check.

The NBA is finally laying down the law when it comes to how Drake has been acting in his courtside Raptors seats and has warned the rapper about his behavior.

The league issued a warning to Drake about "the use of bad language" after he got into a spat with Kendrick Perkins during Game 1 of the playoff series against the Cavaliers.

The NBA's executive vice president of basketball operations, Kiki Vandeweghe, spoke to Raptors president Masai Ujiri about the incident and issued the warning.

When asked by ESPN about the NBA's move, Perkins said he is "here to support my teammates."

"I'm here to represent the Cleveland Cavaliers," Perkins said. "At the end of the day, it isn't about Perk versus Drake; that doesn't even sound right. It's the Cleveland Cavaliers versus the Toronto Raptors. Besides, what could he possibly do to me? I mean, really. If he leaves me alone, I'll leave him alone, and that's all there is."

QUOTE OF THE DAY: "Yeah, it's definitely exciting because I have never done it before. Yeah, I knew I could hit a home run, but I hit one to center [Wednesday> and I felt like if I didn't have to worry about trying to pull it to drive it. It is just wherever the ball meets the bat. I feel like I can drive it to any part of the field. If the pitch is away, I feel like I can hit it over there, or to center. That just let me to know trust the path and wherever the ball goes, the ball goes." -- Mookie Betts, on being the league leader in home runs so far this season
