-- The NBA announced Thursday it is setting up a confidential hotline for league and team employees to report workplace misconduct and concerns.
This move comes in the wake of a Sports Illustrated report released Tuesday about workplace misconduct going back decades within the Mavericks organization.
The hotline will allow employees to report issues "including but not limited to sexual harassment, illegality, or other misconduct."
Adam Silver sent a memo to teams Thursday with details on the new initiative. The memo reminds employees that "respect and integrity are core NBA values, and we all must work to ensure that they are reflected in the culture and workplaces of our organizations."
Silver asks that all teams review their workplace policies by March 6.
-- The Warriors were disinvited from their visit to the White House but will still travel to the nation's capital this month.
The team will reportedly take part in a tour of an undisclosed location on Feb. 27 and will be joined by local kids.
Steve Kerr left it up to his players to decide where they would visit. Only players, coaches and students will take part in the tour and it will be closed off to media.
"It's their championship. They got disinvited to the White House, so it's up to them what they wanted to do. So they made their plans," Kerr said. "I want the players to have a good day and to do something positive and to enjoy what they're doing."
Donald Trump took back his invitation to the reigning NBA champions, tweeting his offer was "withdrawn," after members of the team spoke out against him.
