-- A Red Sox fan who was hit by a foul ball at Fenway Park in 2014 is suing the team for $9.4 million.
Stephanie Taubin suffered facial fractures and brain damage after being hit on June 17, 2014 and claims the Red Sox didn't do enough to protect her and other fans from foul balls.

— Patrick (@cahulaan) June 7, 2018Taubin was sitting behind home plate in the EMC Club and the glass that that is normally around that area to protect fans had been removed for renovations.
"I heard my bones, the bones in my face crack and felt an enormous amount of pain," she said in court.
Defense attorneys asked Taubin in court on Wednesday if she saw the signs warning fans of foul balls and she said yes.
She told jurors she did not lose any wages from work because of her injury. She is expected back on the stand Thursday.
Taubin also filed a lawsuit against John Henry in 2015, claiming negligence on his part.
According to that lawsuit, Taubin "incurred medical expenses, lost wages, and diminished earning capacity."
About 1,750 fans are hurt each year by batted balls at MLB games, which is at least twice every three games.

Lopez ends her lesson by saying, "And that's what you want to say, baby."
The two have been dating since February 2017.
