— Patrick (@cahulaan) June 7, 2018Taubin was sitting behind home plate in the EMC Club and the glass that that is normally around that area to protect fans had been removed for renovations.
"I heard my bones, the bones in my face crack and felt an enormous amount of pain," she said in court.
Defense attorneys asked Taubin in court on Wednesday if she saw the signs warning fans of foul balls and she said yes.
She told jurors she did not lose any wages from work because of her injury. She is expected back on the stand Thursday.
Taubin also filed a lawsuit against John Henry in 2015, claiming negligence on his part.
According to that lawsuit, Taubin "incurred medical expenses, lost wages, and diminished earning capacity."

-- Alex Rodriguez posted a video on Instagram on Wednesday of girlfriend Jennifer Lopez expertly explaining the history of Moneyball.

"Many of you have been very gracious and complimentary about my analysis on @mlbonfox pregame shows. I guess it's time everyone learned my secret … @jlo #baseballsavant #worldofbaseball #andthatswhatyouwanttosaybaby," Rodriguez captioned the video, which cuts between shot of Lopez explaining it on the whiteboard and Rodriguez saying the exact same thing on Fox Sports.
Lopez ends her lesson by saying, "And that's what you want to say, baby."
The two have been dating since February 2017.
QUOTE OF THE DAY: "I've known Julian since his rookie year and he is a phenomenal athlete who takes his training seriously—it's disappointing to hear today's news. Elite athletes sometimes work with multiple coaches and health professionals as part of their training. Here at our facility, we take a natural, holistic, appropriate and, above all, legal approach to training and recovery for all of our clients. And anyone who would suggest otherwise is irresponsible, and just plain wrong." -- Alex Guerrero, in a statement on Julian Edelman's suspension
