Jeremy Lane was arrested and charged with DUI last weekend and the recently released police report shows Lane denied drinking but admitted he had also been smoking marijuana.

"I was more high than anything," the Seahawks cornerback said, according to the report. His concern was the public thinking he was drunk.

The report says Lane was pulled over in his 2006 Dodge Charger on Sunday at 2:22 a.m. after police saw him committing "several lane travel violations." He had a blood alcohol content level of .039.

The arresting officer "immediately smelled an odor of marijuana" when Lane rolled down the window of his car. Lane told he officer he hadn't been drinking but said he "smoked marijuana three hours prior.''

The "suspected and admitted marijuana usage in conjunction with alcohol consumption'' led to the arrest, according to the report.

Lane was taken to jail and was released after posting $1,000 bail.
