Kyrie Irving probably (hopefully) isn't thinking about retirement quite yet, but his fictional character, Uncle Drew, wants you to start planning for your future, it seems.
Uncle Drew is the subject of a new PSA from AARP and the Ad Council aimed at inspiring you to "retire like a champ."
''The character of 'Uncle Drew' is a perfect testament to the fact that we all have the potential to achieve so much — no matter our age or situation,'' said Ad Council President Lisa Sherman in a statement.
Kind of ironic that the Ad Council is using a movie about a guy who comes out of retirement to promote how much you can achieve in retirement.
But it is topical, as the Uncle Drew movie comes out on June 29.
