Leave it to Max Kellerman.
During a discussion on Monday's First Take about Patriots videographers getting caught by security filming the Bengals' sideline earlier this month, Kellerman called for Belichick's suspension as a result of the incident.
He called it "laughable" that Belichick knew nothing about the filming.
"Pending the investigation, which, unless it's completely incompetent, will reveal obviously that the Patriots are cheating and then lying about it, you need to suspend Bill Belichick," Kellerman said "Not just forfeit draft picks. Belichick has already shown he can still beat you with forfeiting draft picks. He can win the Super Bowl forfeiting draft picks. You have to suspend Bill Belichick, who's the GM and the coach. And the idea that things are happening in that organization like this and he's not aware is laughable. It's laughable."

Yeah, where is your advance scout? I don't see an advance scout. Oh, no. So, lie. Got caught in a lie. Oh, we're getting some field perspective. That's not the field," Kellerman continued. "Oh yeah, sorry, we can delete it. So, hold on, we can delete it? So you know you did something wrong. He said once I delete it, it's gone. So the scout admits that he did something wrong. He knows he did wrong. He is like, look, if you let me delete this, parenthetically, I can't complete my mission. I can't get the information back to the people who sent me. Basically, that's what he's saying. Or else why would he say, once I delete it, it's gone?"
Stephen A. Smith then brought up the point that there is no evidence to prove Belichick had anything to do with this.
"Do you have any proof against Bill Belichick? This is the bottom line, y'all ... Max, I don't disagree with you. I think they're lying. I think they got straight cold busted," Smith said. "I think all of that stuff is true, Max ... But when you say suspend Bill Belichick, where's the evidence?"
To which Kellerman replied, "I think at this point you can look at the Patriots and say there's an ongoing system of systemic rules-breaking."
