-- Bill Belichick hated Freddie Mitchell when he played for the Eagles and it seems like the feeling is still mutual.

After the Patriots beat the Eagles in Super Bowl XXXIX, Belichick said this about Mitchell: “All he does is talk. He’s terrible. And you can print that. I was glad when he was in the game.”

And the feud resurfaced last week when Mitchell posted a tweet comparing the Patriots to the Astros’ sign-stealing scandal.

In response to an ESPN tweet with the Aaron Judge quote, You cheated and you didn't earn it,” Mitchell tweeted, “Sounds familiar” with a GIF of Tom Brady and his Super Bowl rings.

QUOTE OF THE DAY: "I think it’s good a lot of times to have a new voice. I’m not saying that we really necessarily need it here because things I think are doing really well. I like our coaching staff. I like what they do. But I think any time you come from an organization, you bring something.” -- Ron Roenicke, on why Jerry Narron was chosen as the Red Sox bench coach
