-- Tedy Bruschi thanked his fans and supporters on Monday in an Instagram post after he suffered a stroke on Thursday.

“Around 10:30am on July 4th I lost use of my left arm,” Bruschi wrote. “I then tried to speak and realized I was slurring my speech. As I turned to my wife she noticed the left side of my face was drooping. We immediately knew what was happening. These are stroke warning signs. We called 911 and an ambulance got me to the hospital. Thank you for all your kind thoughts and prayers. ---- I’m doing much better.”

This was Bruschi’s second stroke. His first came while playing for the Patriots in 2005.

-- After the U.S. Women’s Soccer team won the World Cup on Sunday, Bleacher Report tweeted an odd graphic of the team that got some attention.

I need to know who at @BleacherReport decided who made it on this graphic lmao so random pic.twitter.com/uill5Ibmwk

People immediately noticed the randomness of the people behind the team.

.@BleacherReport had the nerve to leave Nick Saban, who has won five titles, and Tom Brady, who has won six titles, off a graphic celebrating American greatness that included Lebron James, who has won three titles.

The debate of who was left off the very weird @BleacherReport USWNT graphic will dominate sports radio for the next week

Great graphic congratulating the USWNT on their World Cup win @BleacherReport, but was it really necessary to have half the picture dominated by Tekashi 6ix9ine????? pic.twitter.com/LnjnnKpnBn

What’s everyone’s favorite part of that terrible Bleacher Report graphic? This is mine pic.twitter.com/1fe6gARSnq

Did Bleacher Report decide that Captain America was too on the nose to include in this hell graphic? Maverick: yes, Captain America: too much. pic.twitter.com/yD6eCZeVzi

Bleacher Report deleted the tweet shortly after it was posted.
