Rafael Devers has been named AL Player of the Month for May and Michael Chavis has been named AL Rookie of the Month for May, it was announced on Monday.
Devers boasts a .351 batting average, a 1.021 OPS, 40 hits, seven doubles, one triple, eight home runs and 24 RBIs in 26 games for the month, while Chavis has a .248 batting average, .788 OPS, seven home runs and 19 RBIs in 26 games.
