-- The NFL Draft takes place on Thursday night and Julian Edelman has an idea for how the Patriots can replace Rob Gronkowski at the tight end position.
Edelman tweeted to Duke college basketball star Zion Williamson on Wednesday with a pitch to switch sports and come play for the Patriots.
"Hey @ZionW32 we’ve got an opening at TE for ya bud. Just sayin,” Edelman tweeted, along with a photoshopped image of Williamson holding a Patriots jersey standing with Robert and Jonathan Kraft.

QUOTE OF THE DAY: “One thing I learned a while ago from Tito is that you don’t chase wins, because then it will catch up with you later on. We’re playing 18 or 19 (games) in a row. You’ve got to be smart, because if you push it too hard, you’re going to be chasing your tail the whole week. It’s tough, and it just didn’t work out.” --
