-- David Ortiz is getting a new partner in retirement.
When Rob Gronkowski announced on Sunday that he will be retiring from football, Ortiz commented on his Instagram post with a message of support.
"Best TE ever..?? Bittersweet but i feel you bro. U know where to find me now. Congrats kid," Ortiz wrote.
Now Ortiz' battery mate and former commercial co-star has more time to hang out.

— Bleacher Report (@BleacherReport) June 9, 2015-- Rob Gronkowski was also a topic at WWE's Monday Night Raw in Boston.
When Lio Rush called Gronkowski "garbage," the crowd mercilessly booed him.
"You should have just quit while you were ahead," Rush said to Finn Bálor. "You really should have. Now you're going to be forced to leave the game as a beaten, broken, hot piece of garbage like Rob Gronkowski."
It is still unclear if Gronkowski will join the WWE in retirement but it is a possibility.

— SI Wrestling (@SI_wrestling) March 26, 2019QUOTE OF THE DAY: "I consider myself lucky to have had the pleasure of coaching Rob Gronkowski. From the day I met him, he has been authentic, real and genuine. His love for life made every day more fun for the people around him. He was the ideal football player - tough, smart, competitive and always played his best under pressure." -- Josh McDaniels, on Rob Gronkowski
