-- Whether or not Tom Brady is planning to play in New England next season, it looks like he still embodies Bill Belichick's philosophy for success. 

Brady posted a photo on Monday of himself working out with his wife, Gisele Bundchen, and added the caption, "No Days Off" as a hashtag.

Belichick is not on Instagram but his girlfriend, Linda Holliday, liked the photo. 

-- NASCAR driver Ryan Newman is in serious condition after suffering a horrible crash during the final lap of the Daytona 500 on Monday. 

Newman is a member of the Roush Fenway Racing team, who released a statement on his condition on Monday night.

"Ryan Newman is being treated at Halifax Medical Center," the statement reads. "He is in serious condition, but doctors have indicated his injuries are not life threatening. We appreciate your thoughts and prayers and ask that you respect the privacy of Ryan and his family during this time. We appreciate your patience and cooperation and we will provide more information as it becomes available."

Newman has won 18 NASCAR Cup races in 18 full-time seasons in the series. He won the Daytona 500 in 2018. This is his second season driving the No. 6 Ford for Roush Fenway Racing.
