-- Tom Brady prepares for every Patriots game by watching film and it turns out he does the same before family ski trips.
Brady posted a video to his Instagram saying he was preparing for his family ski trip to Montana by watching film of Lindsey Vonn ski runs.
The quarterback took a spill on the slopes a few years ago and wants to make sure that doesn't happen again.
Always set aside time for film review.. I'm going BIG this year. #sendit

"I've actually been studying Lindsey," Brady said. "She's just got a way bigger hill, way more speed and she's perfectly balanced."
"So (I think I just) need a way bigger hill and way more speed," he concluded. "That's what it's gotta be. Let's go!"
Vonn saw the video and commented, "Dude... this is pretty awesome. Pro tip- stay balanced over your skis."
To which Brady replied, " … and more speed?"
-- Rob Gronkowski did the opposite of going on a ski trip over the weekend when he was spotted at a hot yoga class in Miami Beach.
Omar Kelly, an NFL columnist for the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, tweeted a photo on Sunday, saying his wife, Marilyn Eustache, took a hot yoga class with Gronkowski.
So my wife goes to a hot yoga class on Saturday and she tells me that some football player was in the class. She says he was super stiff, but worked hard to get it right. I was like.... you remember his name? She was like NO, but I have a picture. Gronk's training in Miami. pic.twitter.com/7h9fX85GCS

QUOTE OF THE DAY: "Yeah, I've been working really hard to get ready for that. And obviously we'll see. How I said, I haven't been hurt for a while and I don't know how I'm going to feel the first game back. A little nervous obviously but just try to stay positive and be ready for anything." -- David Pastrnak, on returning to the Bruins after his injury
