Wednesday’s Mashup: John Farrell is reportedly ‘interested’ in managing again

Farrell hasn’t been at the helm of an MLB team since 2017 but is “interested in doing the job again,” according to Ken Rosenthal.

There are a couple of managerial positions open with MLB teams, including those vacated by Joe Maddon and Brad Ausmus after their recent firings. 

-- Rob Gronkowski has made it clear he is happy in retirement but the former tight end posted a video to Instagram of himself working out on a football field on Tuesday and it got some people wondering if it could mean a possible return to football.

It is most likely just a plug for Tony Thomas Sports, as he did a training shoot with the company recently to promote the ice shaker bottle.
