-- Antonio Brown was deposed in Miami on Tuesday for a lawsuit claiming he trashed a $35,000-a-month apartment in 2018.

Brown went live on Instagram as he walked into the courthouse, showing the crowd of reporters surrounding him.

Security footage from 2018 has emerged allegedly showing Brown throwing furniture off the balcony of his Miami apartment and into the condominium pool below.

The building’s owners filed a $15,000 lawsuit claiming Brown destroyed the apartment in April of that year.

George A. Minski, the lawyer representing the company that owns the 47-story Acqualina complex, said while his client is seeking $15,000 in damages, the real cost was much higher.

“In addition to almost $80,000 in property damage, there's the claim for the lost use of the unit in the three months it took [to renovate it>,” he said.

Brown’s attorney, Darren Heitner, said, “This is a landlord-tenant dispute. Cut and dry like that. That’s what today’s deposition is going to be about. Just that.”

QUOTE OF THE DAY: “Julian, he’s tough, he wants to be out there. He’s going to do everything he can do to get ready. We’ll see how it plays out over the course of the week.” -- Tom Brady, with an injury update on Julian Edelman
