AFC free agency roundup: Anthony Barr reportedly turns back on Jets, Bills add pair of receivers

Outside of the Patriots in the AFC East, the Jets and the Bills have been making headlines early on in the free agency frenzy. The Patriots had to say goodbye to Trey Flowers and Trent Brown due to large paydays elsewhere. Trent Brown will reportedly stay in the AFC, joining the Oakland Raiders. Trey Flowers is reportedly heading to the NFC to reunite with Matt Patricia in Detroit.

The Jets appeared to be on the verge of adding two big-name linebackers. It still looks like they'll land former Raven C.J. Mosley, but Anthony Barr reportedly changed his mind after agreeing to a deal with New York and will now remain with the Vikings instead. Additionally, the Jets added two receivers in former Redskin Jamison Crowder and former Bear Josh Bellamy.

The Bills have also made a flurry of moves already. In the receiving game they will reportedly be adding Cole Beasley, John Brown and Tyler Kroft, all for three or more years. They'll reportedly add Frank Gore to their running game, Mitch Morse to their offensive line, Kevin Johnson to their secondary, and Jordan Phillips to the defensive line.

Other notable reported AFC moves include:

-Defensive back Tyrann Mathieu to the Chiefs

-Wide receiver Devin Funchess to the Colts

-Quarterback Nick Foles to the Jaguars

-Defensive lineman Sheldon Richardson to the Browns

-Defensive back Lamarcus Joyner to the Raiders

-Linebacker Thomas Davis to the Chargers

The Patriots, for their part, have not made any free agent deals yet, although they have reportedly traded for defensive end Michael Bennett, even if the deal isn't official yet.
