BELICHICK "CHEAT CODE"
Former Patriots cornerback, and possibly soon-to-be-NY Jet, Logan Ryan revealed in a recent interview that he and Duron Harmon both owed their chance to play in Foxborough to Devin McCourty, who coached them up on how to prepare for their pre-draft workout for the Pats. D-Mac knew exactly how to impress Belichick, sort of a "cheat code" prep, if you will, which turned the coach's head enough to want to draft the two former Rutgers players. They both play elsewhere now, but sport lots of fancy Pats jewelry thanks to Bill's faith and McCourty's test prep. Others who aspire to play for the Pats may want to listen and look D-Mac or Logan Ryan up for some help.

BACK UP TO SPEED
Celtics center Enes Kanter, very vocal and playful during the COVID-19 shutdown, said in a recent interview with Colin Cowherd that, while NBA players are anxious to get back to the court and finish their season, that players would need adequate time to get in shape. Basketball shape. Something many of us forget; there's "in shape" and then there's "game shape". Honesty from the outspoken Kanter, aka "Not Blake Snell" is always refresahing in any form.

THE THRILL OF VICTORY...AND THE AGONY OF DEFEAT
More like "the thrill of da feet" here, this is beyond wild. No idea how you do this. If I had this ability it's the first thing I would do when I meet someone new.

Also, this:a gentle reminder that not all of us who have been practicing our favorite sports during quarantine have gotten good at them. At all.
