Somehow, things have managed to slow down in the basketball world. It’s August, so it’s a little understandable. But who knows, maybe the NCAA comes out with another stupid rule before the next episode of 5 Out. (Though they did back down on the “Rich Paul Rule,” which we addressed again this episode after going into greater detail last week.)
With this week being one of the NBA’s calmest this year, what better time to talk about some of the latest 2K20 info that was released — like the All-Decade teams.
Matt Medeiros and I now have a producer (we needed one in the worst way), Tyler Devitte from OMF. He’s been dying to talk basketball with someone besides Ordway.
We ran into a couple problems though.
First off, Devitte thinks the 2K20 2010s starting lineup (Steph Curry, James Harden, LeBron James, Kevin Durant and Dwight Howard) would beat the 2000s lineup (Allen Iverson, Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, Tim Duncan and Shaquille O’Neal).
“I mean, is this even a debate?” Medeiros asked.
“What? Who wins?” I asked.
“Yeah, who wins,” Medeiros said. “Is this even close?”
“I don’t think so,” I said.
Lastly, please let us know if there’s anyone out there who agrees with Devitte on any of this.
