Pistons center Andre Drummond has reportedly become available.
ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reported on Friday the Hawks have “engaged in talks on a trade” with Detroit in which the big man would be the centerpiece.
Yahoo Sports’ Vincent Goodwill also reported on Drummond’s market. His report states three other teams have “registered interest” in Drummond: the Mavericks, Raptors and Celtics.
While the big man would be a nice addition to the Celtics, a move landing him in Boston seems unlikely. The Celtics would have to offer a considerably large package to land Drummond, given his sizeable salary ($27.1 million in 2019-20).
