The Celtics announced they signed both of their 2019 first-round draft picks, Romeo Langford (No. 14) and Grant Williams (No. 22), on Thursday.
Both will receive the full 120 percent of the rookie-scale, according to Tom Westerholm of MassLive, and are locked up for the next four seasons. Langford will make $16.5 million in that time, while Williams will receive $11.8 million.
