If Rajon Rondo teaming up with LeBron James in 2018-19, then agreeing to re-sign with the Lakers for another two years wasn’t weird enough for you, it appears another former Celtics guard is looking to play with the King.
Avery Bradley is expected to clear waivers on Monday and plans to sign a two-year deal with the Lakers, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski. The contract is worth $9.7 million and Bradley has a player option for the second season.
Since he was traded by the Celtics in 2017 for Marcus Morris, Bradley has played for the Pistons, Clippers and Grizzlies.
