Kemba Walker will not be available for the Celtics in their next game. He has, once again, been ruled out with left knee soreness.

This will be the third consecutive game the point guard sits out due to his knee, after having played in each of the Celtics’ last four games before the All-Star break — during which he had his knee drained and received an injection to help with swelling and soreness from playing in this year’s All-Star Game.

Tuesday’s game against the Blazers will be the 11th of the season that Walker has been sidelined. He hasn’t missed this many games in a season since 2014-15, when he played in 62 of Charlotte’s 82 games.

Robert Williams (left hip bone edema) is the only other Celtics player who will be unavailable against Portland.

On the other side, the Blazers will be without their best player and starting point guard, Damian Lillard.

Damian Lillard (right groin strain) is out for Tuesday’s game against Boston. Rodney Hood (left ruptured Achilles tendon), Zach Collins (left shoulder dislocation) and Jusuf Nurkic (left leg fracture) remain out as well.
