Looks like the Hornets and Celtics might pull off a flip-flop at the point guard position. Only, the Celtics are expected to get a member of the 2019 All-NBA Third Team, Kemba Walker, while Charlotte may have Boston's old backup point guard, Terry Rozier.
According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, Rozier is among the point guards the Hornets may target heading into free agency. The Knicks had previously been reported as possible suitors for Rozier, as well. Charania includes that in his report, as well.
Now, Rozier is substantially better than the average NBA backup point guard and may be the best defender between himself and Walker. But the difference between him and Walker on the offensive end is far more apparent. And with the rumors that have flown around regarding what happened behind the scenes last year, a fresh start may be best for Rozier.
