Report: Detroit Pistons forward tests positive for coronavirus

According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, Detroit Pistons forward Christian Wood has tested positive for coronavirus. Wood has shown no symptoms, and Charania reports the forward is “doing well.”

The Pistons last played the Jazz — who had the first two cases of positive coronavirus tests in the NBA — on March 7, the day after Utah visited the Celtics in Boston.
