WEEI.com's Rob Bradford is reporting Red Sox starting pitcher Nathan Eovaldi will be on the shelf for the next four to six weeks following the removal of a loose body in his right elbow.
Per source: Eovaldi out 4-6 weeks with loose body removal in elbow. Similar to last season

Initially, the Red Sox placed Eovaldi on the 10-day injured list, though last year he wound up on the 60-day disabled list after experiencng a similar injury. If the Red Sox move Eovaldi to the 60-day IL — which seems imminent — it will be his fifth stint on said list.
