Tacko Watch: Fall struggles to score in big loss to Herd

Tacko Fall had no problem cleaning up the glass on Saturday, but the Wisconsin Herd (Bucks) made it difficult for the big man to score in Maine's 134-118 loss on the road.

Fall only got off five shots — making two — and earned two trips to the free-throw line — failing to knock down a single charity-stripe attempt — to finish with four points. The Herd double-teamed Fall frequently, didn't allow for many easy passes into the post and made it hard for the Red Claws to toss up as many lobs to the big man as they usually do.

Now, six of Fall's 14 rebounds came on the offensive end. But he was almost always surrounded by multiple Wisconsin players once the ball hit his hands.

Fall blocked four shots. Though, as he continued to send back Wisconsin's attempts at the rim, the Herd adjusted, forcing Maine's big man to make tough decisions while his assignment set up along the perimeter.

Tremont Waters couldn't find his stroke from 3-point territory (0-for-6). He still scored 16 points, finishing 7-for-19 from the floor overall.

Waters also had eight assists and four steals.
