The Red Sox' rotation continues, with Jackie Bradley Jr. not getting the start this time around.

On his 28th birthday, Bradley Jr. is the odd man out to begin the series finale between the Red Sox and Angels Thursday night, with J.D. Martinez getting another start in left field.

Bradley Jr.'s bat has shown signs of life during the first two games of this series, notching three hits in the opener before adding a double Wednesday night. Andrew Benintendi shifts over to center field, with right-hander Nick Tropeano gets the start on the mound for the Angels.

This marks the eighth time Martinez is getting the start in the outfield, having served as designated hitter in nine games.

Also of note, the Red Sox will get a chance to see Shohei Ohtani hit, with the lefty hitter serving as the designated hitter against Red Sox' starter Eduardo Rodriguez, hitting sixth.

Here is the Red Sox' lineup:

Mookie Betts RF, Andrew Benintendi CF, Hanley Ramirez DH, J.D. Martinez LF, Mitch Moreland 1B, Rafael Devers 3B, Eduardo Nunez 2B, Christian Vazquez C, Brock Holt SS.
