BALTIMORE -- After making his return to the lineup after a two-week absence, Mookie Betts said he felt "amazing" in playing 11 innings during the Red Sox' 2-0 win over the Orioles.
One day later he isn't in the lineup once again.
Red Sox manager Alex Cora had insinuated he might err on the side of caution when it came to playing Betts back-to-back days out of the gate, which seems to be the case in Tuesday night's affair at Camden Yards.
With Eduardo Rodriguez on the mound for the visitors, the following is the Red Sox' starting batting order against righty David Hess:
Eduardo Nunez DH
Andrew Benintendi LF
J.D. Martinez RF
Mitch Moreland 1B
Xander Bogaerts SS
Rafael Devers 3B
Brock Holt 2B
Christian Vazquez C
Jackie Bradley Jr. CF
