Rich Hill is heading to Twins, not Red Sox

The starting pitchers keep coming off the board with one notable name finding a new home Tuesday.

The Twins announced that they signed both Homer Bailey and Rich Hill (both on one-year deals). has learned via a major league source that Hill's deal is for a guaranteed $3 million with an extra  $9 million in incentives that can be maxed out with 75 innings or 15 games started.

The 39-year-old Hill won't be available to pitch until June or early July due to elbow surgery.
